When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number with expiration date, and e-mail address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, and notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement. Please contact us at 1-800-403-1745 or e-mail us at
customerservice@lonesailor.org. Please let us know what the problem is and the best way for us to contact you. The Gear Locker will accept returns of merchandise up to 30 days after purchase. All returns require the original packing materials and are subject to the approval of the Gear Locker. Please note that DVDs or Video that have been opened will not be considered for return. If you recieved the wrong size/color or item, call 1-800-403-1745 and we will issue you a 'Call Tag' to have the item picked up at no cost to you. We must receive the incorrect item before we can ship the correct item to you at no cost (rush services not available).
